We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS express services.
Lead time
Standard lead time is 7–10 days from design approval, door-to-door. This includes production, quality control, and international express delivery.
Tracking
We send tracking numbers by email the moment your order leaves our facility.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by destination country and are the recipient's responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Shipping to the United States
The USA is one of our most active markets. Orders ship express via DHL, FedEx, or UPS and typically clear US customs within the standard 7–10 days delivery window. Quotes can be given in USD, and any import duties are billed to the recipient by the courier — not added to our invoice.
Delivery issues
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the courier's delivery status change and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
